Geometry Inspection
The ILI tools RoGeo (Electronic Geometry Tool) and RoGeo·Xt (Extended Geometry Tool) were designed to inspect the geometry of pipelines, to locate third-party damage, construction anomalies and to confirm free passage of any other ILI tool. The ROSEN Geometry tools identify, measure and locate any possible obstruction in the pipe.

XYZ Mapping
XYZ mapping has been developed to identify three-dimensional geographical pipeline coordinates using an inertial navigation unit. Also, the geometry of the pipeline is monitored simultaneously.

Multi-Diameter In-Line Inspection
Almost 30 % of the oil and gas transmission pipelines around the world are not suitable for conventional in-line inspections. To overcome this challenge ROSEN has developed a Multi-Diameter Tools which consists of a scalable multi-diameter pull unit and a scalable multi-diameter MFL and/or extended geometry unit. Both units guarantee smooth propulsion through multi-diameter pipelines, independent of the medium.
