The Software Support system is a problem-based service aiming to help end-users with any issues interfering with their daily work by answering questions without delay and providing customized solutions. Already in the software implementation stage, clients can contact their assigned support entity by telephone or e-mail at any time. Apart from providing answers to client queries, ROSEN’s Software Support includes service packs and upgrades to facilitate asset management.
