ETL denotes an automated process for transferring data from various sources into well-structured common database formats such as Pipeline Open Data Standard (PODS) or – in a spatial context – the ArcGIS Pipeline Data Model (APDM). This process can either be performed within the ROAIMS suite or as a separate service.
